DGM has recently completed a customer pre-shipment inspection at its manufacturing facility for the Smartfold Servo X 1100SL, with the machine running crash-lock bottom cartons under real production conditions.
During the inspection, the Smartfold Servo X 1100SL demonstrated stable and consistent performance in key crash-lock processes, including folding, front hook operation, and pressing. The inspection allowed the customer to review machine configuration, setup procedures, and operational performance prior to shipment.
The Smartfold Servo X series is a fully servo-driven folder gluer, with independent servo motors precisely controlling the movement direction and timing of each shaft. This design ensures accurate coordination across all sections, supporting reliable front hook engagement, controlled pressing, and smooth carton transfer during crash-lock bottom forming.
The machine is designed with a rail-based structure, enabling fast and convenient adjustment of each section during setup and inspection. This structure improves accessibility and supports efficient changeovers, helping operators achieve consistent folding quality with reduced setup time.
