SMARTFOLD 650-PC automatic folder gluer with standard configuration for straight-line boxes with pre-folding of 1st and 3rd creases, double wall, crash-lock bottom boxes. Including standard left side glue pot. Squaring device for crash lock bottom boxes.The machine maximum speed is 400 m/min. Suitable for solid board up to 800 g/m² and E, F & N flute corrugated.
Online inspection system module is equipped after side-register section, the blanks are well registered, and feed straightly into the inspection system module, it guarantees the stability of the inspection quality. It greatly reduces the labor cost, more efficient and reliable.
