DGM Technocut 165S: Heavy Corrugated Die Cutting with Flexible Feeding and Advanced Stripping Design

Technocut 1650 s

To accommodate different material characteristics and production requirements, the DGM Technocut 165S is equipped with two feeding options: leading edge feeder and bottom feeder.
The bottom feeder design helps effectively reduce surface friction during sheet feeding, minimizing the risk of scratches on printed corrugated cartons and supporting better surface protection for high-quality packaging.

DGM has recently updated its heavy corrugated die cutting solution with the Technocut 165S, designed to meet the growing demand for stable and precise processing of thick corrugated board in packaging production.

In this video, the DGM Technocut 165S is shown running in an actual production test, processing heavy corrugated board under real factory conditions.
The machine supports a maximum die cutting size of 1650 × 1200 mm and a minimum sheet size of 650 × 500 mm, providing flexibility for various box formats. It is suitable for EB, E, B, C, A, and AB flute corrugated board, making it well adapted to different corrugated structures used in heavy-duty packaging.

For improved finishing quality, the machine is also configured with a secondary stripping function, which helps remove residual waste at the gripper bite area. This design supports cleaner die cutting results and reduces manual intervention in downstream processes.

With a maximum die cutting pressure of 400 tons and a working speed of up to 5,000 sheets per hour, the Technocut 165S is engineered to deliver stable performance when processing heavy corrugated board. As part of the DGM die cutting portfolio, the Technocut series reflects a design philosophy focused on structural strength, operational stability, and production reliability.

When integrated into a complete corrugated converting line, the DGM Technocut 165S works efficiently with downstream equipment such as folder gluer systems, supporting a smooth workflow from die cutting to box folding and gluing.
