To address unclear creasing lines caused by rotary die-cutting, this configuration integrates a secondary creasing unit before the folding section.
In corrugated packaging applications, rotary die-cutting may result in insufficient or uneven crease definition, which can increase folding resistance and lead to unstable box forming. The secondary creasing unit re-processes the existing crease lines, ensuring clearer, more uniform, and more consistent creasing before the board enters the folder gluer.
By reinforcing crease definition in advance, the folder gluer reduces folding stress during high-speed operation, improves foldability and forming reliability, and helps customers achieve more consistent box quality in daily production.
The Mega series is specifically engineered for heavy-duty corrugated board applications. The stacker counting and batching system focuses on relatively regular straight-line boxes, enabling stable counting, batching, and stacking.
