With a maximum feeding size of 1200 mm, the Technocut 1200 S provides greater flexibility for processing larger carton layouts.Its die-cutting pressure of 400 tons, increased by 100 tons compared with the 1050 S model, allows stable die cutting of paperboard as well as three-layer corrugated board with a thickness of up to 5 mm, supporting a wide range of packaging formats.
In terms of productivity, the Technocut 1200 S operates at speeds of up to 7,500 sheets per hour, enabling continuous and reliable output in medium to high-volume production environments.The machine is designed for stable daily operation, helping converters maintain consistent throughput and repeatable die-cutting quality.
To improve finishing quality and downstream efficiency, the Technocut 1200 S is equipped with an integrated stripping system, combined with a secondary stripping unit.This configuration effectively removes gripper margins and selected stripping pins, improving blank separation quality and reducing manual handling after die cutting. Cleaner stripping results contribute to smoother downstream processes such as folding, gluing, and packing.
